Remove body model behind license plate??

how to body molding behind license plate??

I have a 94 Del Sol and need to know how to remove the body panel that the license plate bolts to thats right above the bumper...

I have it all apart minus there are 2 bolts directly behind the license plate but the head of the bolt looks like its molded into the panel. I can't pull it off and can't see how to get to the head of the bolts..

any suggestions...

look at it from the back inside the trunk...those to "bolt heads" are actually studs with nuts on them on the back side

I did that and they appear to round not hex shaped. Also They
seem to be welded to the inside panel.

I have a 94 Del Sol and I molded the plate panel your talking about and molded the plate in the bumper. But to get that panel off I had to grind those two bolts off with a grinding disc. I can't remember if it was from the inside or the outside. Hope this helps...
