Replace Honda civic Si year 2000 engine D16Y8

I looked for the D16Y8 engine and i found an 1999 Engine Acura EL that they say its the same engine and no wiring is need to be done. Does any one knows about this ? Will the wiring be the same as the honda engine ?

The 1.6EL in Canada came with the d16y8 as well.
