Replacing dizzy o-ring?

Do i just take off the dizzy and replace the ring? do i need to reset timing?

id say yes. if you remove the dizzy its very easy to accidently advance/retard the timing. so id have the light handy just to check it when you are done.

where is a good place to get the orings? autozone? kinda dumb question but i need a pack of o rings for that and power steering and a/c lines.
