I'm thinking about making up some jerk chicken tonight so I was doing some research on all the different ways people make jerked chicken to figure out what kind of recipe direction I want to go with. Anywho, I found some of this.

Jamaican Flavors's $4.22 jerk chicken sandwich used to cost $3 back when I was an NYU frosh. With this rate of price increase, I'd say it'll still be a bargain for another couples years. Succulent jerk chicken, surrounded by gooey sweet jerk sauce on a yielding soft coco bun. During the summer, take the sandwich to nearby Washington Square Park; during the colder months, stake out one of the two tables in the tiny storefront restaurant and grab a bottle of Ginger beer.

I think I'll stick with the chicken and leave out the asshole beef =)
