resistor box or not?

im running a d16y8 in a 91 ed with a p28
i just got a set of saturated 310 rc injectors (ohms read 15.9)
do i need to use the resistor box or not?

So your basically saying your running an obd2 engine, in an obd0 chassis, using an obd1 ecu and you bought rc saturated 310's. You will have to make sure your using obd1 injector clips. As for the resistor box, that is a no. A resistor box is needed for DSM injectors which you do not have.
