i have a crx dx and in the intake manifold is this "restrictor plate". does anybody know what will happen if you take it out(first hand experience). ive taken mine out but havent tested it WOT, but ive noticed a little bit better response. ive heard of people saying that it swirls the air; but the plate splits the airflow in two; going directly opposite direction so the air would collide into eachother. also ive heard of people saying the cylinders will get uneven fuel; like one cylinder running rich while the other running lean. anyone know about this?
