I've got an 88 CRX with a b16SIR I. For whatever reason, after the car has been driven for around 5 minutes or so, every time I push in the clutch and shift my RPMs rise about 500 rpms before they go back down. It's almost as if I'm pushing in on the gas while having the clutch in. If I do it twice in a row really quick, it will do it the first time but will shift fine the second time. Once I give it some time (about more than 10 seconds) and shift again it does the same thing and revs up before reving down. Has anyone experienced this or anything similar? It almost seems as if it is running rich when it starts doing that as well.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
