Ricers.......The poor man who cant afford the nice car. Fate dealt them a p.o.s. Is it ok for these poor souls to maybe put a spoiler on their not so hot ride?Possibly put a kit on the junker just to make it look like the driver knows that they are doing. Maybe slap a muffler on the back trying to achieve the sound......maybe the look......but any real car owner knows not the speed. My question to you is.......is this acceptable by anyone who owns a nice ride?
