Ripped off by "Pimpin" Kevin St. John from EF-Hond

I sent him 200 US dollars in a USPS money order on 2/28/04 for a set of fenders and door panels from a 89 CRX and have yet to receive the parts or a tracking number which he says he has with insurance. I have sent him numerous PM's and emails and yet to hear back since Fri Mar 12, 2004 12:23 am.
