Rod bolt upgrade?

I am building a SOHC motor, and I have replaced the stock rod bolts with ARP bolts. Should I torque them to the factory specs of 23ft pounds, or should I go higher? There is no info about this in the package the bolts came in.

I have a chart from my shop, it just depends on the part number. 208-6001 is 26ft lbs and 208-6401 is 40ft lbs. hope it helps, if not do some google research. good luck
