RSX TYPE R SWAP

i got a 97 civic ex and i wanting to drop a rsx type r k20a into my civic!! can it be done?? surely if you can get an h22 into a civic you can get the rsx in there seeing how its smaller and all but its newer?? just wanted your opinions!!

It's not a matter of will it fit. The RSX motor spins backwards from all the other Honda motors, there would be soooo much reshaping of the engine bay on this it would not be worth the undertaking.

yes, this can be done...however its a lot of work and for less money you could just buy a jdm itr motor and bolt everything in.

Yes you'll go faster, be more reliable, and make more power with a B series turbo than the K20A
