I've just finished my swap of a CTR B16B (99 converted to OBD1 w/chipped P28) and it's running really rich. I've tried to lean it out a little, but it's still rich. I'm not coding, so there is no ECU prob. Any idea's?? Also, is there any way to bring down the fan sensor, 'cause it's heating up pretty fast.
