S14 rear tail-lamp assemblies

anyone know of any reason I couldn't change out the rear lights on my 97 S14 with those from a 95-96?

I fucking hate mine, the 95-96 is much better looking IMO

I'm considering some I'm looking at on ebay

I like it better and it's a subtle change that the in the know will notice and appreciate... not like euros :-X
