s2000 motor into 94 prelude

My question is simple can u put a s2000 motor into a 94 prelude easily if so has any one done it and any ideas would help. does the tranny need to be changed? what else needs to be done? :ph34r:
 
You would need the engine, tranny, ECU, and probably around $10k extra to make it work as a FWD engine, and $20k extra to make it work as a RWD as it was intended.
