s2k to prelude swap

I have a tip-tronic 2001 Prelude, H22a4 ,and its been so hard trying to find a manual tranny for my swap..i have a #1 professional mechanic but i cant find the tranny i dont want anything less than a 2001 SH tranny...but i am finding more S2K trannys...would anyone know if this F to H series tranny swap is possible..??

Please Help..any suggestions would be cool...

Wrong kind of F... it CAN work, but the S2000 setup is longitudinal mount, rear wheel drive. You could get the S2k engine into your car with a lot of work, but NOT the S2k transmission.

You want to get the manual non-SH transmission... there really aren't that many options for the H.
