Minimal if any, save your money for boost.
Start now, take the money that you would spend on the SAFC and get the manifold.
Then next time you want to buy something, buy another piece to your boost setup.

If you already have the SAFC, sure- go ahead and hook it up. You can gain a little bit if you have some dyno time, but it's generally not worth it unless you can run on the dyno for free.
