P.S. Jeffie. Do you know how to make the "yolk sauce" hibachi style Japanese Steakhouse restaurants put on their scallops/shrimp/lobster? Was looking up recipes on google but results were pretty unsure. Didn't want to start a thread just for that but this is as good a place as any.

Anyone can just pile bacon on bread. But that doesnt make it worthy of the sandwich thread. Can't you get anything right?

Note the properly cooked bacon. None of that wiggly undercooked crap. Neatly stacked for ease of enjoyment. I'm not saying you wouldn't enjoy the thing you posted, but as always presentation is key. And what better way to present your delicious Baconstrosity than with a bottle of Whiskey? (Definitely not some fat kid's stubby sausage link fingers...) Now THAT is worthy sandwich.

see thats a difference of opinion, I saw that sandwich when I simply typed in "bacon sandwich" and first thing I thought was how overly cooked that bacon is, you would take a bite into it and it would shatter in a shit ton of pieces

I see youve never dealt with thick cut bacon. I'd rather have a million tiny delicious pieces of bacon than one slimy, wiggly, undercooked piece. I mean, if that's what you're in to, by all means go for it.

I'd have to try it to make sure I knew what you were talking about. Most of the Hibachi places are all Chinese anyways.
