Seat Belt

I'm swapping in aftermarket seats, But I cannot figure out how to get the seat belt ( the part where it clicks in to) off so I can mount it on my new seat bracket..

can anyone help?

i think some don't come off, pull your rear seat belt buckle off and use that?

do not move it to the seat braket leave it bolted to the floor wheer it belongs
