Secondary O2 sensor

I have a 96 civic cx and the catalytic convertor i'm putting in for my swap has a secondary O2 sensor. Trying to find out where the damn connector is for it. The originial motor doesn't have a secondary O2 sensor....i believe, just the primary sensor.I looked underneath the car of course and I found an inlet which I see two wires. But the thing is the wires don't budge. Anybody know if I have to wire up a secondary O2 sensor or should I take some tweezers and yank those yellow wires?

obd2 ecu's need 2ndary o2's. so, what ecu are you using?

98 usdm itr ecu. I found a plug which is located in front of the drivers side front bumper. Seems like all I have to do is extend those wires and splice it? I also tried to start the car and it only runs when I open up the throttle. After I let it down the car dies. Do you know what could be the problem?
