Selection of cams

hi to u all, i was thinking to upgrade my cams n valvetrains in the summer time, but just wondering which one will be the best option for me, but other thing that concerns me is the lift on the cams that i can use, as i have CTR pistons in my B16a2 bottom end, how much clearance do i have? providing the head hasnt been skimmed before and using standard Head Gasketwill it be safe to go for a stage 2 cams, or am i better off to use ITR cams instaed? only wants to produce about 200bhp and not damaging my motor thats all...

any help will be much appricated!

You should be fine, but the manufacturer should give you info on whether their cams will work for your application or not. Rocket Motorsports ftw, btw. Ditto to blanco's comment on the valvesprings.

get the RM M22's paeple have made 220-30whp with a b16, 12:1cr, ported intake and a GOOD header with them.

more then fine with either ctr or itr cams.
