I know its "strategy" but that shit can seriously ruin someones life/livelihood. Unacceptable.
Normally I agree with you on separation of entertainment and state, but I can see where they're coming from. I think the NFL made it very apparent where they stand on it and it should be good enough to police itself. But it looks like they're discussing whether there should be criminal charges brought on for future offenses and looking to get co-operation from the leagues on reporting it. Just further setting a precedent.
And with that said...
