Shawn Forster aka nd4sped is a scammer, theif, and a liar.
last august, after i had completed swapping my ls for my b20, shawn expressed interest in my old ls and the gsr tranny that was on it (which needed repair, the bearings were bad and needed replacment, but the gears and such were fine, as i drove the car up and down my street and my driveway on the tranny). i had met him earlier in the summer when he was up in ct for his mom's wedding, and he seemed like a good guy.i mean, hes a decorated former army ranger, fought in iraq, with a wife and child, the model of who you think a "trustworthy" person would be. As he was driving up here, apparently a few hours into the trip, he seemed sketchy when i asked how much he was going to pay me (he gave me little warning as to when he was leaving, so payment was never discussed). i thought nothing of it until he showed up late in the afternoon. he even took pictures of the motor in the back of his car (the host took them down, and they were on his camera, not mine, so i dont have them saved.) heres the thread (at this point i was obviously blissfully ignorant as to what was going on)

its a bit of a read, so i emboldened the important stuff. more or less his argument now is that he did me a "favor" by stealing the motor from me, and that if i want the pile of junk that ws my motor back, i need to drive to his house and get it, which is pretty convienient as i dont have his home address, and he wont give it to me (for obvious reasons). i hate that it had to come to this, but im at the end of my rope dealing with this theif, and i want a resolution- since theres obviously no way to get my motor back as he got it, i want due compensation for it. if it comes to needing a lawsuit, i will do it if have to. however i dont have his home address or his home phone number. all i have, thanks to my friend cory (hatch, cornelius) is his cell #, his dad's cell, his dad and stepmom's home addy and home number. he's called them numerous times on my behalf trying to get them to give his info, but to no avail, all they will give out is his address. without further ado, heres all the info i have on the fucker-
