shift linkage

    im jus need to know the easiest way to unhook the shift linkage out of a 91 crx it a b16

    you have to knock the spring clip out, youll need a punch, i think 8mm.

    you will need a 12mm socket with 3" extension to unbolt the stabilzer rod from the transmission.

    Agreed. Watch out for that "bitch pin" (as everyone reffers to it). Its located underneath the rubber boot. Use that aforementioned 8mm punch and (I used a) 5lb. hammer to whack that sucker out. After that its smooth sailing.

    jack the car up as high as you can get it so you have room to swing the hammer.

    like everyone said. 8mm punch is what you need.

    thanks for ur help i got the motor out wasnt too bad any idea how to get the antifreeze spots up off the driveway lol..parents are away on vacation and dont want that mess when they come home
