ok first off let me say that i just slung a rod in my civic and this guy wants to swap me straight up.his car is running but has a few obvious cosmetic issues and the wiring harness for the headlights has been butchered to put in new ones and now the ac isnt working.here are some pics of both.dont say anything about the plate i had just bought it.

no opinions???i drove it yesterday and its drives great but has some wiring issues due to a cut harness for the headlights.it is effecting the ac and one of the cooling fans(which is ran to the ignition so it is constantly on.)

i think both look pretty shitty. i would just try to find something completely stock. it looks like someone else's headache. i would NEVER buy a car with wiring issues. fuck that.

IMO, keep ur car.. swap the motor, put the lights back to stock and get some smaller wheels.. the body is much better on your car, from what i can tell in the pics anyways

I think it would cost you less in the long run to drop in another motor in your civic than it would to fix all the things wrong with the accord. If you like sorting out electrical problems and can do your own body work than the accord might be the way to go.

If you have parts lined up than I would go with the accord. Fixing the headlight wiring and replacing the bumper should not be very hard. I would assume that the accord has decent balls being as it looks like it has an h22a swap. It could be a very fun project. Is the title on the accord clean?

yeah it is an h22a and it is alot fucking faster than i was thinking it was going to be.i have a guy that is giving me a stock front and back bumper but as far as the side skirts im not sure what to do there.i really cant tell how they go on.do they just clip on???i also cant find the damn power steering line for it.the motor cane out of a obd1 prelude.that would also be the reason for the cel being on right?

Both look like shit. Pink john deere license plate and some big ass shiney fagatron wheels? really? NOt to mention the rad accord with like 3/4 of a body kit installed.

I would never take on someone elses headache just sayin. i mean, he either didnt know how to order the correct HID kit or the idiot couldnt even install plug and plug HID without having to cut the wires?

Dont ask for opinions if you dont really want them.

If you think that car is fast, then so did the previous owner.

I'm just going to leave that there for you to chew on for a bit.

I just wanted to point out that you did ask for opinions. If you're going to ask for opinions (especially on the Internet), then be prepared to receive negative criticism. If you can't take negative criticism, then don't ask for opinions.

Now whether somebody presents their negative opinions in a polite manner is a different issue, and due to BOTH of these issues, this thread is rightfully closed...
