Si cluster troubles

I just swapped a 99 Si cluster into my 99 DX. It always reads 12-15 mph over what it really is. is there anyway to fix this issue? Do I need to pull some pins from the plug?

You could have it recaliberated., call your local Honda service center, tell them the problem and ask if they can do it.
