Si Into Hf?

okay heres da 411, i got an 89 CRX HF, stock everything but 17in rims n stuff like that, if i got an Si trans to put into it, and then an Si head with 16 valves would it improve power alot? around 30hp or so?? opinions would be appriciated... what all would i need for the swap also if im missing anything , thanks
