side molding removal??

Im trying to remove the side molding of my ek. Is there any way to do it without damaging the paint?
Im half tempted to used a small pry bar to take it off, im just worried bout damaging the paint. Any help would be awsome.

There are clips behind the moldings that hold them on. Fender is 2 clips, door is 7 clips and a plastic nut and maybe some tape behind it, and rear is 3 clips. Just squeeze the sides of the clip together and push to remove. If you have to pry use a flathead wrapped in tape and put tape on the car above/below the moldings to avoid damage.
