Only way to get anything done is on the local level by calling your reps directly and letting them know if they don't do something you will vote them out. Takes a few hundred people to call and put pressure on them. But that's about all you can do.

Yeah, not for something like this. I'm ok with 25 for now though- saves me money for the next few years.
