Yes, mostly cyl head work - 11:1 compr, ported exh, ported int, 3-way valve job, 272 degree cam... etc. 4-2-1 header... 2" exhaust all the way back... Still using 240cc injectors though...
youll definitely wanna fix that injector thing (also have it tuned if you havent done that yet).
Putting a bigger throttle body on a stock untouched intake is kinda silly though. As Blanco said, if the throttle body is 68mm (or whatever size you plan on going with), the intake is still 58mm, and will require port matching to notice anything out of the throttlebody.
