Skunk2 intake??

I am thinking about getting a Skunk2 intake manifold. What are it's advantages?

It flows better than stock and will make more power than stock.


Now, if you want to know some of the disadvantages, there is one HUGE one....the Skunk2 is the EXACT same as a Blox manifold, and the Blox is a LOT cheaper.

can you get one for the H22a VTEC???? cause i was looking at them and the seemed only to be for the b series motor.

What kind of modifications are done to your engine?

If you don't have a need for the increased airflow the manifold will not do much at all for you, and may even make less power if you have a stock engine.

Ooh, H-series...You're probably going to have to stick with Skunk2 for anything aftermarket, unless you want to go with a big clunky sheetmetal manifold (which will actually lose power unless you're running a lot of boost).

unless you are running a ported head with some cams you are not going to get you moneys worth with an aftermarket manifold

my head is ported and i have webb cams.

make sure you get your throttle body port matched to the manifold to see better gains
