went to slammin this weekend in lebanon, it was a bad ass show. they had a civic hatch 98 body style, with h22 turbo, big greddy trust front mount, and it dynoed at 350 whp at 9psi!!! didsnt get to see much of the bikini contest cuz i got there too late, but i entered the burnout contest, blew my right tire, and didnt even place third, oh but a sentra which didnt pop any tires got second, the judges there sucked, i dont think any of the winners actually blew a tire. all the blow out cars didnt place. didnt get to watch the drag and brag show (not drag race, but slam and spark) or the hydraulic contest, i was too busy staring at the sony xplod focus, and the very bad ass...either lexus or mercedes, it had way too much modification and fiberglass on the inside and out to tell. one of my personal favorite cars was a green 95 hatch with s2000 tailights, and the hood prop was a "flagmans" sign that said slow. all in all the show was great, if i can find a scanner when i get my 5 cameras developed ill post the best.

I just was doing a google search looking for pics of the burnout contest and ran across this one....

I had that scion xb that entered, and I popped both my tires and went about 2 and a half minutes until I did. I got 3rd. So don't feel totally screwed over not placing. I didn't see any of the other participants, so I can't judge them. Except the Mustang in front of me that caught on fire. That was pretty damn funny. lol

Lmao. Its funny how much effort ppl will put into resurecting dead threads, yet theyre so unwilling to search for answers to simple questions.
