Can any one help me please!!!!!!!
I have an 92 civic, did and engine swap with a JDM type R, it failed smog, took it to a shop to have it fixed, they are saying the engine is not authorized for my car. DMV wants a letter from the manufacturer stating displacement and year of engine. I have hit a dead end getting that info since the engine was manufactured in Japan. I'm not sure what my next move is except trying to find a smog friendly shop in Las Vegas.
