smoke from exhaust

I have noticed that when I step on my pedal to accelerate I have smoke coming out of my exhaust...this usually happens only at high rpms...I have a jdm b18c with ls tranny...help please on how I can resolve this issue...thanks in advance...

blue=oil, white=coolant, black=rich fuel mixture
