Well we're supposed to get our "big" storm tonight and into tomorrow. They're calling for 5-10" across metro detroit. I'll believe it when I see it. I'd happily take a foot or more. We have exactly 0" on the ground right now.

It is quite amusing to see how the rest of the country reacts to snow. While I will give you the fact that 2 feet is nothing to laugh at. We had over 100 inches two winters ago in Madison and handled it like a champ. It seemed we were getting 10-14 inches a week. Good luck with the dig out.

Haha. My uncle lives across Lake MI from you in Ludington and gets all that lake effect snow. They're total snowfall last year was about 10 feet. Snow is in the forecast almost every day when it's cold.

I'm supposed to move into my apartment on the 15th. I just got a call from the management telling me that I can't, because the lady in there now can't move out due to the snow.

Words can not describe how pissed I am right now.

I'm kinda pissed right now about it.... I mean, now I'm in fucking limbo for a week while I don't know if she's going to be able to move out this weekend due to the snow expected tonight..............
