so b18c is the best to go with?

so i heard that a b18c is the best to swap into my 93 civic Ex. i was looking for speed and handling so is this true? i'll spend up to $4500 on the whole swap. So can yall help or give me sum advice, or some sites?

It is a good starting point since it is a 1.8, you also have vtec, and good gearing.

If you want handling and all motor power and you just want to drop something in there without ever touching the motor internally then get the B18C5 ®.
