Meh, there's no way I could afford an s2k, much less the insurance on one...


I was looking at an 05 GSXR 1000 that a friend of mine has, with 5000 miles on it for $8k with a helmet, leather jacket, and gloves...but my insurance would almost double...

looks like I'll be sticking with the 600's for a while...if I even get another bike...I've got this really, really, really bad feeling that I'm going to get completely fucked by my insurance company...

:thumbsup: very sick bike and quick as hell. a buddy of mine has one and says its quicker than this built R1, It also light as hell. I would love to own one of the 1000

i just stopped today to look at some bikes...
one blue R1, polished frame, ghost flames, etc for $6800
and a yellow and black gsxr 600 for $4400
too rich for my blood but if someone thinks they are a good deal i can get pics for you

i'd hope so. homeowners is cheap.
i haven't gotten it yet, but insurance for the year on my condo is 225 bucks.
