...what I expected lol. Got some mean muggin' looks from some norteno's. That's probably what I get for wearing clothes and/or hats that either say LA or Long Beach on it lol... No one actually hit me up though which was good, for them of course :shrug2: lol. Ran into a couple sureno's at pier 39 who were pretty cool and only noticed me because one of them had the same Ecko watch as me lol.

Anyway, the main reason I went up there was to take my mother-in-law, the wifey, and my kids to go see my brother-in-law out in San Pablo. I've never been to San Pablo. It was a pretty decent area.

I got a job offer from one of my brother-in-law's friend's, who work over at the Face Book building, to do security. I told him the only way i'm moving out to Nor Cal is to make it worth my while. So if he gives me an offer I can't refuse, Blanco, i'll be hitting you up lol lol along with the other Nor Cal peeps. However, it's gotta be a pretty good offer so we'll see... So Cal is gonna be hard for me to leave. Only the Cali folks know what's up when I say that lol.

So all in all, I had a decent time... Nothing compared to So Cal though  :p

Oh and what the fuck is up with having to pay for fucking every god damn bridge you need to get on? That shit pisses me off lol.

I got fast track for the bridges. I have to cross one every day. Oh well, I love it in the Bay. Only thing I hate is cost of living is through the roof. :( Housing prices are dropping like crazy though, so there is hope! And all you have to report about pier 39 is the gangsta's? WTF mate? lol

Hey how does that fast track work? I get different answers from everyone lol. Some say you pay for an entire year. Some say it's linked to one of your credit cards...

That was pretty much the most interesting thing at pier 39 that day lol. They had alcatraz on lock down for some reason and we went to the aquarium but it was kinda disappointing since i've been to the Long Beach Aquarium and it's like 10 times bigger than the Bay one lol.

Blanco - I actually love the scenery of the bay. Plus the air quality is so good since the water is right there... I have asthma so I noticed the air quality right away lol. My brother-in-law said hella when we were at pier 39 and I was like 'shut the fuck up. That word is annoying and it's for fags' and then a group of gay guys started mean muggin' me lol lol lol.

BTW - Where do you guys reside? What city exactly?

Mine is linked to my credit card. Whenever I use like $20 it debits another $20 from my account to use in its "pool". I think the amount increases the more you use it in a month.

Wow, I didn't even know there was an aquarium there and I've lived here all my life. LOL. Go to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, it is the nicest one around these parts.

I say 'hella' all the time, definitely a NorCal thing. :)

    I live in Fremont.

I didn't realize how far you are from the bay area lol. I thought you lived in or around SF lol.

I wanna go back as soon as they open Alcatraz back up so i'll hit you up when I set a date and maybe you'll be free and we'll roll out to the bay together. I'm really facinated with Alcatraz so I don't give two shits if you don't wanna go to the rock with me, you're fucking going!!! lol :D

I see... Someone told me that you can pay like $100 and your good for like a year or something...

You've never seen the Aquarium of The Bay? lol, it's right next to the loading dock for the boat tours that take you around the bay and to The Rock.

Hella is definately a Nor Cal thing. It doesn't bug me when people say it, but when you start hearing so frequently out of the same person's mouth over and fucking over it got a little annoying lol.

Fremont? I'm gonna go search and see where that is lol...

If you only go over the bridge 25 times a year, then it will last a year.

East Bay area. Between San Jose and Oakland.

    CenCal ftw? lol

I love Monterey, Santa Cruz, and parts of San Francisco. However, I lived all over NorCal and CenCal. Blanco, you weren't far from me for a while, now I moved to the center of the dairyland. Ick. Oh well, it's nice to have family and friends out here. I was feeling very isolated in Stockton. I'd just rather be where I can find vegetarian friendly food. It's all meat since there's an abbatoir here. lol

Glad you had fun up here though! There's a lot more than just the Bay Area up here (and toward the middle) that not a lot of people bother going to. Even Old Sacramento is fun every so often. :)

No, that's Fry's in Fremont. I meant most of the people living there... but then again, I haven't been in Fremont for more than 5 hours in... well, a long time.

    werd.
    werd.

nor cal is boring unless you like to do outdoorsy stuff like hunting, camping. etc...especially water related recreations. air quality is usually pretty good and the lakes are pretty clean.

chico, ca has sierra Nevada brewery which is "hella" bad ass.

    thats pretty much nor cal.

btw im from redding. just about the dumbest place on earth. everybody either wants to cut themselves or walk like wankstas. at least the fishing is good and 2 dollar beer nights at the bars are worth it.

fremont have a grip load of hindus. san jose/milpitas area are all vietnamese and the s.f. is chalk full of chinese, FOBs included. sacramento has a pretty heterogenous mixture.
