    Well I have finally solved my emissions problems.

    The parents are moving to an area of the country (placename withheld) where there are emissions testing is not done.

    I still haven't had to do Emissions testing in CT in about 8 years.

    Sliding an Andy or two to the testing guy I would imagine.

    No emissions testings out here :)

    I'm guessing that all of his cars are emissions exempt due to their age. Either that or they're registered out of state.

    And my car is a 96 . . . there is no way around the 96+ OBDII test. . . unless there was some way to rig the test port to tell the computer everything is ok . .
