someone just give me a straightforward answer

I want to put a B16 head on my LS. The kid I spoke to about buying it and another buddy of mine says its all I need but I've read other forum posts saying I need to machine the block, get new cams and gears, etc etc.

The question is will I be fine with getting just the head and wiring it up or do I need to machine the block and get new internals?

you need a vtec conversion kit.
basically, its a dowel and an oil line feed kit.

no internals are necessary to change.

of course, you'll also need to wire vtec and use a vtec ecu as well.

Now, I have a 98 EX so does that mean I'm all set for the wiring of the vtec? And what ecu's should I look for?
