i have a gutted 92 eg hatch with a b18b1 swap with the ls trans.
and im only getting 17mpg,wtf? i do drive it hard but still that seems outrageous.and other people are telling me their getting 30+mpg with similiar swaps. i noticed when i pulled the plugs out to do a compression check,the plugs had no part #,just said NGK#7...are these colder plugs>????,cause none of the parts stores list these plugs? i know the old owner was going to spray or boost the car he told me,so im wondering if this is the reason for my poor mpg?
please help!!!!!!suggestions on plugs,motor just has bolt on's.?
