Ok, so my car seems like its misfiring after I got the timing belt put back on...the shop said it wasn't a interference motor...So I went to pull the plugs and found this on all 4 of them...

Sorry the pictures suck but could you help me read these? It doesn't look like there is detonation (pepper on the porcelion) I dunno what the white ground strap means..to lean? there is soot around the ring also...Thanks for the help guys.
