Phoenix isn't even close to the same degree as LA is.

I would drive in Phoenix any day before I willingly chose LA.

Wrong, LA only sucks if you're driving. If someone is driving you around, it's awesome.

Honestly, it's only really downtown LA that blows, once you get north of the 10/110 it's alright.
