I have just put a B16a into my 91 CRX and am trying to figure out what the two hoses coming off of the speed sensor go to. Can someone please tell me what the **** these are for and where they go?

they are for tranny cooling lines..you do not need to run the cooler lines,,if you opt to not do so then just take one hose and loop it back around onto the other nipple..just make sure it isnt kinked..

I'll second that, except that they are part of the power steering system, not a transmission cooler. Just fill it with power steering fluid so it isn't dry inside, and loop the hoses together.
