Speedo problems

I drive a 95 ex coupe and my speedometer only works sometimes...at first i thought there was water in the sensor but i blew it out and there was nothing in it? Does anyone know if the sensor is shot or what the deal is?

i had a mustang that the speed-o-meter just quit, it fliped over to 140 and then quit, funny thing iwas only going 35 lol,

i would just replace the cluster, try a junk yard, and get one with less miles on it, lol
