Speedometer...?

I bought a crx with a b16a3, ys-1 cable tranny and the tires are 195 60 R15's. The speedometer is off by 9 mph. I read in an old post that you can take it somewhere and they will adjust it or buy a tool? Where would I take it and how much would it cost or what kind of tool can I buy and how much is the tool? Any other ways to adjust it? Would it be my rim/tires or the new motor/tranny? Thanks

try the wheel speed sensor. they might have rigged the sohc one for the b series. i dunno if they are different but it's worth a shot.
