Spoon replica vs. Magnaflow?

I am going to get a custom exhaust bent for my car. Since I will be buying the muffler separate I was wondering if anyone has experience with either of these? The spoon replica is from jdmshit.com and the magnaflow would be from a very reputable exhaust shop (I know the guy who owns 49% of the store). I want to know which one sounds the most quiet? I have heard both exhausts online and believe magnaflow is the most quiet/stock sounding. I guess my setup would be DC 4-2-1 header - cat - pipe - resonator - pipe - muffler. Look good?

Any advice is appreciated!

As long as you have a cat and resonator it should be relatively quiet. I've used a couple Magnaflow mufflers, they sound and work well. I like the HKS hi-Power cans personally but they're a bit more pricey
