Sports Rim deatil

Hi ,
Do any one know how to read this data from a sport rim such as 15"*7J-500kg
JIL-VIA ?
How to know that the sport rim are Good quality ? isn`t the lighter the better ?
beacuse the OZ racing brand what I feel is heavy compare to the ROTA wheel .
Need your help . Thank you .

Depends on which OZ you're talking about. The 15" Superleggera (11lbs) weight LESS than a 16" Spoon Sw388 (11.9lbs), which weights the same as a 15" Rota Slipstream.
