I got 18 inch wheels that jacked my civic up a little bit, hence i realized I need to lower it a little.

I want to lower it around 1 to 1.5 inches, yet improve handling.
Coilovers are not an option, I do not feel like bouncing down the road.

What is the best brand for this?
I hear a lot about Eiboch (spelling) but don't know if they are the best.

I'm a fan of Neuspeed Myself.

For a minor drop like that the Neuspeed Sport would be fine. I'm not sure of the spec's off the top of my head but shouldn't be more than 2.5" at very most.

you have a HUGE misconception of coilovers dude...
