ok.. me and a buddy just got finished rebuilding a d16a1 for my 88 integ so we go to crank itand hear a winding noise .. after some tinkering we found out that the starter wasnt reaching the flywheel . we tested the starter and it poposout fine is ther any way we couldve somehowmissed some shims or something for the flywheel not really sure what the prob is bu the starter dose what its supposed to do ..so any imputs would be helpful
