starter prob

before i take the b-series starter off and start messin around will a d-series starter work? the bolt pattern looks the same. i think my starter is blown or something. i just did a swap and it wont crank over. It seems like my kill switch was on but i turned it off. I check the power to starter and it is gettin alot of juice. when i turn the key it gets even more juice.

that usually helps.

I remember grounding mine by accident when I was taking it off a friends car...touched the drive axle and the starter bolt...I saw some sparks. lol
